We are Here for You
Our goal is to ensure that your needs are met, without worrying about cost associated with services. We understand that often financial hardships can burden you, and so our program has been tailored to address those problems.
It is because of the FRC partners and friends who have given of their time, services, and expertise that we are able to continue to provide such valuable intervention at no cost to you. FRC is currently funded by the Department of Human Services, thanks largely, again, to our partners and friends because they are concern about meeting the needs of rural communities in Illinois.
You can access FRC services day or night, any time and any day during the week. Our office hours hours are 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday through Friday. All after hours calls are forward to our trained personnel - you get a live voice to hear you and your problems!
We have been doing outreach crisis intervention for over twenty years with great success!
You can contact any of our staff Toll Free at 1-877-NEED FRC (633-3372).

FRC is initiating a new outreach to returning veterans and their families in the following counties: Jackson, Williamson, Saline, Franklin, and Jefferson. The outreach worker providing the service is an Iraq war veteran. This position will provide outreach mental health crisis intervention, information and referral. FRC hopes that this effort can be expanded to serve veterans in other counties as well.
