Where Does FRC Conduct Business?

The Farm Resource Center program is portable. Our workers work only from their vehicles. Therefore, our services can be provided anywhere, anytime.

When Can FRC Respond to Consumers Needs?

Our crisis response line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. During these hours our response time to a crisis call is within 30 minutes after the initial call is made.

How does FRC Deliver Services?

The Farm Resource Center uses paid Outreach Workers (ORW) who are familiar with the culture of the population they will be serving. A critical part of the FRC service delivery is that it brings the service to the consumer’s home. Discussions frequently take place at the kitchen table, where other important family discussions and decisions occur. Members of the family feel more comfortable and in control in their own home. They sense that the focus is on them in this setting. They are in charge! This allows FRC to focus on the family unit.
